Brandon's delivery and communication were outstanding. The 4 star rating is due to a couple small issues that the trailer itself had, one of which I had to repair myself during the trip. Overall very good trip and service provided by Brandon.

Brandon was able to meet me at the site on time and the RV was fully stocked with LP which lasted the whole week. And kept the refrigerator very cool. The RV had plenty of space inside for all of my gear and slept with the open windows for a gentle breeze.

Brandon was a great person to deal with, very friendly. The camper was just as advertised, clean, and ready to go!

Brandon's RV was very clean, and fully stocked. It handled much better on the road, on our 2,000 mile trip, than we expected and had very good acceleration even on the many hills in Arkansas and Missouri. The front cabin seats were so comfortable I never got any back pain which normally happens after 4 hours of driving. Brandon accommodated our departure and arrival schedule changes including letting us pickup the RV at 6am in the rain and offering to let us leave our vehicle with him for duration of trip. He answered all texts promptly as I had many questions, and had all of the RV and truck manuals available in the RV. He even explained that while we had Outdoorsy roadside service available in many cases a call to him could expedite repairs, fortunately we had no such issues. We definitely would rent an RV from him again. Ed S.

We originally rented one camper but when we picked it up the break away release cable was broken there was not a spare tire the tire that was then given to us was too big in addition the sticker on the tag was not updated. Was told the tag was good but could not find registration. Was able to switch campers which delayed our trip half a day to receive a camper that both the tanks were full of waste. Brandon did communicate but needs to do a more thorough job of inspecting the trailers before renting. These issues could of been safety hazards.

Brandon was extremely helpful and responsive during every step of the process and my maiden solo voyage with any RV in my life, ever. RV was very comfortable and really did drive like a UHaul, so although I started out with some trepidation, I was ultimately confident with all of it and very much enjoyed my authentic RV experience.

Brandon was great. Very communicative and helpful. Camper was small, but had most of the things we needed: plates, bowls, silverware, lighter, coffee maker and coffee cups. Brandon also gave us bedding and towels to use. I definitely recommend renting from Brandon.

Brandon was great to work with. The camper was just as described actually even better. Worked perfect to pull with our aging minivan.
