Anna was a very flexible host, always quick to respond and adjust to our timings. Everything was set and and ready to go, so it was incredibly quick and easy to set off and return. Van ran well, and good for a weekend trip!

Anna was very quick in responding, and very helpful in getting the second driver approved.
Van was very nice for the 2 of us, easy to drive and fits on many tent spots, so saves a lot of money for camp spots. Was also great equipped with gas burner for cooking simple meals and kettle for coffee in the morning. We had an awesome, unforgettable trip with this van!

From start to finish, our first time rental through Outdoorsy and working directly with Ha & Henry was a very positive experience. The van served our needs very well and helped to make our trip to South Dakota a memorable one. Ha was very accommodating to our schedule when picking up and dropping off the van and was great with communication of van operation and any questions we had before and even during our trip. Ha always answered our messages via Outdoorsy immediately. Overall, a great experience!
