Working with Melissa & her husband Anthony made our trip a very pleasant experiences by renting out their RV. Based on this we will probably use the Outdoorsy website again and if we are in the Reno /Tahoe area and need to rent, I will reach out to them in no time !!!!!

Excellent experience in all regards. Great communications from the beginning and thruout. Trailer delivered and set up and then picked up at end of stay as planned. Trailer immaculate - really really clean and everything looked good and worked well. Spent 6 nights with 5 year old and 9 year old grandkids and everybody happy - Melissa gave us a stepladder so kids could easily access bunks, and that helped me with upper cabinets too. Stove, frig, freezer all worked perfectly. And there were all the little extras that I did not expect - like a fresh container of dish soap and new sponge, and paper towels, etc. We were very happy and look forward to renting from Melissa again next year.

My experience couldn’t have been better. The owner was prompt, polite and professional. The RV was nice, clean and very user friendly for a first timer. I would highly recommend renting this trailer!
