This trailer has everything you would need!! Got a blister and forgot band-aids? Don't worry, the bathroom has some in it. You want to cook with 1 T of olive oil and you are not going to go buy some just for 1 T... The kitchen has some for you! Dish soap, paper towels, vacuum, plates, knives, picnic table cloth, Huge rug by the front door, cutting boards, ITS ALL THERE! It did not have sheets, sleeping bags, pillows, or towels. Stuff I would want to bring myself anyways.
I did have some personal issues. There was no way to make it darker for sleeping in. My Toddler woke up at the crack of dawn because it was kinda bright in his room and in the whole trailer. If you are morning people, then this will not be an issue.
Also, the main bed is not the most supportive bed. It has a memory foam topper on a spring bed, it was soft to sleep on but I was excited to go back home to my memory foam bed.
I did find it odd that there was no outside light. There was a little orange light but no bright light.
AC worked, water heater worked, the main area inside had lots of room. The main bedroom was not very big but you didn't need it to be big. We did not use the shower. We tried the outside kitchen but the burners on the stove didn't have much gusto, we ended up using the stove inside. TV worked great.
When it was set up, it was a little tilted and wobbly. You wouldn't notice it until you were in bed, rolling over shaking the whole trailer.
In the end it was a great trailer and our family had a great time! I would recommend this for big family's. It seemed like a lot of space for just us 3 and a baby.
