Richard and his wife were very communicative, responsive, and flexible. The camper was exactly as described and worked very well for our trip. The only reason we gave four stars instead of five was because the refrigerator did not cool down very quickly in the August heat. Richard did a good job of explaining how the refrigerator worked before we left, and did offer to bring a cooler with ice until the refrigerator cooled down. When we switched it to gas instead of auto it cooled down more effectively. Otherwise it was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly.

Great little camper. It was super easy to set up and break down. The bed was comfortable and the camper stayed nice and cool on the hot summer nights. We would definitely rent again.
