We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting an RV from J's RV. Carlos went above and beyond to ensure our trip went smoothly. Despite our last-minute booking right before spring break, Carlos seamlessly rearranged schedules to make the RV available for us.Considering this was our inaugural RV adventure and with us being located 500 miles away, Carlos was an invaluable resource. He patiently addressed all our inquiries via text, calls and video chats, providing us with the confidence needed to embark on our journey. Moreover, he demonstrated remarkable flexibility with both the pickup and return times, crucial for us given the extensive drive ahead.

Carlos was amazing! We were virgin camper pullers and he was so patient with our questions. The trailer came equipped with all but groceries, not a detail left out. We plan to rent from Carlos again
