This is the first time we have rented an RV for a trip. Working with Carlos was seamless. Everything was very straightforward and accurate. The camper we rented was exactly as advertised and it was very nice and clean. Everything worked. We even used a portable generator that also performed well. I especially appreciate his thoroughness at the beginning of the trip where he explained how to set up and break down. I would definitely use his services again. Great job Carlos.

J's RV rental made our stay in west Texas much more comfortable. Thank you for the AC! It was easy to book, delivery and set up by Carlos was a huge convenience, and when we ran into problems Carlos quickly helped us resolve them. We had issues with some light fixtures, the water heater light getting blown out by wind, and the mattress was not my bed at home, but Carlos was swift to respond to the issues he could fix. Thank you Carlos!

The camping trailer was the perfect addition to our weekend! The fact that Carlos delivered it, set it up and picked it up was next level service! Will definitely book from Carlos again!

We had a fantastic experience with J’s RV Rentals for our recent trip to White River Lake. The team was professional and very easy to work with. Most importantly, the drop off and pick up service was great—they arrived exactly when they said they would and handled the delivery to Marina Rd efficiently. The 2021 Jayco Jay Flight we rented was in great condition, super clean, and everything worked properly throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and quality equipment!
