Our trip started out well. We met with Marc and picked up the RV. It was clean and Marc seemed very helpful. Unfortunately, there were a number of malfunctions with the RV after that and Marc did not have adequate instructions or manuals...when you are off grid those are important. First, we discovered that the back up camera did not work...this made parking harder but we made due. The next issue was the sink faucet. It separated from the sink when we turned on the pump and sprayed water all over the inside of the van. We had to leave the doors and windows open to dry it our because there were no cleaning materials supplied with the van. But the worst malfunction was with the toilet...we planned to empty it daily but by the second day it was no longer functioning properly and the van really smelled bad. So we did a major wash out of the tank which helped a bit but we tried to not use it after that...it was very inconvenient...especially for such an expensive rental. We found out later that the owner did not put enough chemical in the reservoir and did not supply any with the RV. When we returned the RV Marc apologized and said he usually kept some in the glove box...not in this case. I also need to add that you should not rent this RV if you are not willing to photograph every inch of the interior and exterior prior to your trip...the owner will blame you for any and all scratches on inside or out....because of this, I would not rent this RV...I would recommend you choose something similar that has more renter reviews.

All systems on the RV were checked and tested with the renter before departure, the reverse camera was working before the renter departed. The vehicle is only 19'6" in length fits into a normal size parking stall and has side mirrors and a clear view through the RV and rear windows. I am not sure what RV or home comes with instructions on how to fix a leaking faucet, which possibly, due to the excessive rutted fire roads traveled on by the renter as per GPS track logs rattled the faucet lose ? There were cleaning supplies included with the RV, new kitchen roll, new wash cloth's and washing detergent provided with all rentals. I am not sure what "malfunction" of the toilet you are referring too ? The toilet works with out chemicals and was supplied with enough for one weeks normal use. I mentioned I normally leave extra "just in case" maybe emergency's follow you around ? There are zero scratches on this new 2019 RV hence it was very easy to spot the "Gouge" in the rear panel door that you made. Your comment to me about it being normal were and tear was quite offense. You obviously have no pride in any of "your" possessions if that is normal wear and tear. I recommend you stay in serviced hotels on your next vacation, were maybe corporate would class this damage to property as acceptable ? Do not rent somebodies personal RV which you clearly have zero respect for.

Marc was very responsive and took time to show us how all of the systems in the van worked. The van was just as advertised and performed great for our trip!
