About Catherine & Jose Rosario

We almost always travel with a grandchild or two but always with Sophie our adorable scruffy rescue. We enjoy traveling to Florida beaches but also the interio with its many springs. In the summer the Carolinas are our destination.

Cathy and Jose were very easy to communicate and work with. The RV was just as pictured and pickup and dropoff was a breeze. We hope to rent from Cathy and Jose again very soon!

Not good ,picked up unit not as advertised ,return within 20 minutes still waiting for a refund but seems like owner ,Outdoorsy are not cooperative

Catherine & Jose’s answer

Per the renter; he received a call to return to work shortly after departing so he had to return the RV. Per rental policy, he would not be entitled to a refund but we did return 1/2 of his rental fee. A previous renter damaged an exterior storage door. We repaired the door while waiting for the replacement. The door latched correctly but the renter wanted the bungee cord attached. The other renter-caused damage was a slight crease in the rear bumper. This RV appears beautiful. Repairs and replacements take time.

Do not rent this camper if you plan to go off grid. Generator fumes came in the unit and the CO2 alarm went off in the middle of the night from the generator exhaust. Even though the unit had water when we left Cape Coral, there was virtually no water in the tank when we reached our remote location (a leak, or improperly capped??) The owner said that there was sufficient propane in the tank for our trip but we ran out after less than 8 hours of use. No air, no showers, 2 dogs competing outdoors in Florida. A truly miserable experience.

Catherine & Jose’s answer

The propane tanks on an RV allow for about 8 hours of usage-not a whole week end. We assume people are aware that 1 tank of propane lasts 3 days/24 hrs a day. If fumes were coming in-it would be a problem of the pervailing wind and parking in a different direction would have solved that problem. The 'damage' was a crack in a drawer bottom where someone must have stood in it-however the drawer was completely functional. All linens are washed between renters. The previous renters must have left some of their linens behind-we should have removed them.

We had a few minor hook up problems but Jose was extremely helpful guiding us through hook up. The Delano is a beautiful RV and the bed very comfortable
