My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our road-trip with Wayne’s motorhome. The rv is well maintained and organized, equipped with almost everything we need. Wayne is really responsive and helpful. Thanks a lot!

We had a great trip! It is an older RV with a lot of miles but it functioned just fine. Nothing was broken --everything worked. My sister's family also rented an RV that was much newer (and more expensive) but this one was so much more organized and better equipped for camping life. We very much appreciated the insulated hot cups, camping chairs, folding table, etc. The fridge, micro & stove worked well. The dishes, silverware, linens provided were all great. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that the water had a "sulfphur" odor. It was a little offensive but was better after we replenished with new water.

Sorry for that. I have no control of the water other renters put in the tank. That's why I at least tell my renters not to drink it. I'll have to start draining the tank completely before from now now. Thank you.

Used RV in good condition. Wayne went over everything we needed to know about the vehicle and all the systems. Worked for Father's Day Weekend up in the mountains.

Rented this RV for a family road trip, visiting Utah's National Parks for a week. Prior to booking it was really nice to be able to ask Wayne questions about how far this RV was from the SLC airport, and if he would provide linens, chairs, and kitchen utensils since we would not have these things due to us flying in from Michigan. Wayne provided all of these things, and responded to any questions I had before the trip. During the trip Wayne was also easy to get ahold of for a couple of questions we had. The RV was great, comfortably slept 5 adults. Cooking on stove was very nice, AC worked great, and we were able to have food in fridge and freezer for our week of travel. This experience would not have been the same with AirBnb because we were able to camp in the National Parks with the RV and be right in the park. We also saved a good amount of money this way. Vehicle drove great and got us where we needed to go. I would highly recommend renting through Wayne. We were happy with our rental. Thanks Wayne, our family loved staying in your RV.

Be aware!! Bad experience!! Everything shakes on that RV, windows wont open or close properly and they make lots of noise while driving, got Transmission problems which lead to a horrible ride and higher gas consumption, the tires that are mounted on are not rated for RV's and they can unexpectedly blow up, and you will be responsible for it, it happened to me and I got charged for 2 tires instead of 1, make sure you have your own tools to replace it, otherwise you are in big trouble, even worse if it is a dead spot zone with no phone connection. AC is horrible it won't cool down the bedroom at all. Overall it was terrible experience. Big mistake renting this RV and using Outdoorsy!

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, George. First off let me clarify that the tires are not refurbished. They were all bought and installed by Les Schwab. What happened is the inside tire drove over a nail or something and lost it's pressure causing the outside tire to take all the weight. So this caused the inside tire to fall apart and the outside tire to take damage to the treads. So they both had to be replaced. It is an RV and they all shake like crazy. It's basically a house on wheels. Not sure what you mean about the windows. They all work fine. I will take responsibility for the DVD player. That has been fixed. When you dropped off the RV, you did say it came loose and lightly bumped your wife's head and everything was okay. Glad you or your wife weren't hurt. The AC in an RV can't keep up when the outside temperature is over 110 degrees. You were in the Utah desert during one of the hottest times in recorded history.

This is a solid RV, the overhead cab space is more than ample for sleeping 2 adults. Renting through Monroe RV was simple and convenient coming in through SLC International Airport. Owner Wayne was very helpful and responsive in coordinating our trip, we would definitely rent again through him.
