The RV was clean and fit our needs quite well. We did run into a few minor issues with set up but nothing too bad, all things we knew could come up. Cedric was easy to work with.

Aweful experience. The vehicle drove fine but very little of everything else worked. We found out the owner owns two RV and appears to me running this as a business but do not keep the rigs well maintained. This reflects poorly on Outdoorsy in my mind. Wish they have ways to indicate this so renters can steer clear away from such rentals.
Off the bat, we were told that the shade awning was not working. We noticed that the awning above the slide was broken off and dropped on top of the slide so the slide could not be totally retracted. We drove the whole trip with the slide extended 3-4”. Then we found out that the fresh water tank was leaking. After we filled up the fresh water tank, we noticed that the ground was wet for days and we were out of water in the middle of my first shower. When we contacted the owner on where the tank drain valve was so we can check if it was well shut, they had no idea. That means they have never cleaned the fresh water tank, something that should be done periodically for sanitary purpose.
The house batteries were either not retaining charge or the terminals were too corroded. We ran the generator every evening to charge up the batteries, but by morning the batteries were empty even though we ran the heater at less than 60F. The LED lights would flicker and one morning the lights would not turn on at all. We eventually slept through the night with heater off and the batteries showed near empty in the morning. My wife is recovering from a stroke and needs to keep warm. Not having any heat at night makes her very uncomfortable. So many time we were without water and without power. The campground has very restrictive generator hours. We have to drive to the dump station often or fill the fresh water tank with gallon jugs to have a shower (see picture below)
The indicators were very unreliable. The black tank was stuck on full (4 lights), the grey tank was stuck on empty (1 light). The fresh water tank was stuck on empty (1 or 2 lights) even right after we topped it off.
I would never rent from this people again and would hesitate to use Outdoorsy again. It has been an awful experience.
I rated the communication poorly because we have never met the owner. The assistant we met seems to feed us lines just to diffuse the situation. The vehicle seems to be clean, but I am convinced that they never drained the water tank to clean it. The sediment in the water supports my suspicion. There were also inaccuracies in the listing e.g. listing says there were tank heating pad, but the assistant we met told us there were none.

The RV was great and our trip was fun! We were in communication with Leyla who is Cedric’s sister and she was very helpful and quick to respond. The only reason we knocked down 1 star was that the awning that’s pictured in the post is broken and we didn’t get to use that feature so we brought our own canopy. In addition, we had trouble with the water hose, a piece of it was loose but Leyla was a phone call away and helped us fix the problem. Overall, fun trip and would recommend this RV!

This review goes back a few months. It was our very first trip on an RV. Cedric's RV provided us great comfort. Since it's a pretty new vehicle, we were very satisfied with the readiness how everything comes in. Cedric's family was also very responsive to all the questions we had given we were new in driving the RV. We would totally recommend renting from them again.

This RV has everything you would ever need to enjoy the outdoors. It was a great fit for our family of four. Pick up and drop off were incredibly smooth. Leyla was very helpful getting us set up and on the road. I would highly recommend this RV to anyone!

We just got back from our trip to Death Valley National Park in Cedric's RV. We had a wonderful time. The RV was nice and clean....Cedric was very responsive and made himself available to answer any question. I would definitely rent his RV again.

Cedric was accommodating when I gave him a call and helpful when I needed help during our trip. He immediately picked-up the phone and sent me the paperworks that I needed. He can relate to a new RV driver and was very understanding. The RV was great and fun to drive. I had a very good experience despite some minor off road occurrences. I definitely would recommend to others his RV. Cedric also gave me a very good orientation of the RV functions which made our travel fun and smooth overall.

We’ve rented 3 RV’s. This one was a bit scratched up, temp license plate was expired and it was not as clean as the others. But it ran well and handled well even on curvy California Highway 1. Everything worked well when we had hook-up’s. The trouble started when we moved to a campground without hook-up’s. The batteries wouldn’t hold a charge. Even after we ran the generator it would only stay charged for 1/2 hr…. even with all the lights off. So we had to come home one day early. Really put a damper on our trip even. Cedric did refund the day we missed however.

Cedric was great to work with. Vehicle ran well & was comfortable. Some exterior issues, but didn’t hamper operations. We were new to R.V.ing, but this was good first experience.
