Spencer was amazing. Very thorough with reviewing the features of the trailer and ensuring we understood everything before he left. Also made himself available as needed during the trip to help with any questions/concerns that came up. Looking forward to renting with him again soon.

Spencer was great to deal with. He responded quickly and provided flexibility on pickup and dropoff. He did a great job cleaning the trailer and explaining everything to us.
