Ross was excellent, explaining the nuances of using the motor home, being flexible with pick-up and return times, and being available by cell. phone in case of problems. The motor home was as good as it looks in the photograph, and everything worked. We were especially impressed by how well supplied it was with linens, dishes, extension cords, and on-and-on. Super collaborative renter who was very helpful with our rental experience. Ross went above and beyond with a very informative inventory of the RV and a great user guide. Will definitely rent from Ross again.
