Camper was returned with a broken right leaf spring from the prior renter. I had notified outdoorsy as I went through the claim process since the camper was not towable. Outdoorsy suggested I cancel immediately so that their concierge system could take over and find Lauren another rental. I do apologize for the inconvenience. I had no control of the situation. The camper is fixed and up and running again.

This was my first time using an RV and the owner was very responsive to messages and spent over 45 minutes going over everything with me to make sure we had a great trip. The trailer was only a year old and was packed with extras such as camp chairs, an outdoor griddle, pots pans and nearly everything you need while camping. During our trip all the campgrounds in Moab were full so we found a great site off the beaten path and really enjoyed our time spent in and out of the RV after a busy day of sightseeing.

Clean & spacious RV! Comes stocked with everything you need to camp (table, chairs, little grill). Owner was super nice and accommodating with the intro & return time, would definitely rent again :)

Great experience. Syed is very easy to work with and very accommodating. We had to change the dates of the trip and he worked with us on that.
Camper is basically new and clean.
We also had a question during the trip and he called us back right away!
I will rent from him again for sure!

Syed was super easy to work with and accommodating. We needed to change the start date of our trip and Syed was very flexible. Trailer towed easily and had everything we needed in it. This was our first time towing an RV and Syed made this an easy and stress free experience.

This camper trailer travels very well in the mountains. It is well maintained and clean. Syed was very knowledgeable and spent the time with us to review all the functionality of the camper. Syed worked with us on the scheduled pickup and drop-off times so our travel was stress free. I would rent this trailer again.

Was a perfect size trailer for the 4 of us (2 adults and our 2 young teenage daughters). Easy to haul up the mountain to go camping. Owner was helpful and insightful about things with the trailer.
