Bill was very helpful getting the RV setup and he explained how everything worked. RV was in good condition and we had no issues.

We rented this Keystone Outback during Thanksgiving break and took the kids to Caverns of Sonora, Big Bend, Ft Davis and Fredricksburg. William had everything organized and ready for pickup and gave a thorough overview of the RV. The unit is very clean and functional. We slept 5 very comfortably. Everything was very easy to setup and the heat and AC worked great (being in the desert we used both). The unit towed pretty well behind our Chevy Tahoe.

This RV was used by our family of 4 for 7 nights. It was very roomy and comfortable. The RV was in immaculate condition and pulled well for the trip. The owner provided all the necessary hookups. Highly recommended.
