Joe was helpful and responsive, eager to help with the ongoing issues we experienced with his RV.The condition of this RV was poor. The dirty condition in which we received the RV interior necessitated an initial cleaning on our part. Surfaces (table, countertops, sides of bed) were visibly dirty and sticky, the inside of the microwave was splattered with old food, and the upholstery had a foul odor and was soiled and stained. We understand that the RV is 20 years old but so many things either didn’t work (like the refrigerator, dvd player, and auxiliary cassette) or spontaneously fell apart. Throughout the week, we experienced a variety of issues: in addition to the windows and window shades that wouldn’t stay up or closed, the bathroom door frame detached from the wall, one floor cabinet didn’t stay closed, the shower curtain came off, the hatch on the roof popped off, the lights flickered, and the back of the dining bench was loose. We had to temporarily secure these with duct tape to avoid accidents during travel.

Joe was great to work with, and more than fair about the repair costs for some damage that we caused to his automatic steps. 😬 The motor home ran great, was very comfortable, and provided us with all of the conveniences of home while we spent a week in the Sawtooth Mountains. I would recommend both the owner and the vehicle for anyone looking for a stress free rental experience.

Great experience. Easy pick up, very clean, friendly, explained how everything works, worked fantastic, perfect size for my husband and I and 2 grandkids. Enjoyed the trip. Joe is good to work with.

The RV is older but very clean and it runs well. Joe was super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent from him again.
