Since 2003 we have been renting out campers from small popup campers to large Class C RV's and everything in between. Our reservations are guaranteed (we will not cancel your reservation because we are going on vacation or somebody made us a better offer). We own our units and keep them well maintained and professionally cleaned. Our campers change frequently to offer you the best late model campers in great working order. We know how to use all of our campers and will personally walk you through use of each camper when you pick up. If you need any advice on where to go we are available for your questions.

The RV is in surprisingly rough shape and has been poorly maintained. I would never rent from this unscrupulous person under any circumstances.
There are some significant safety issues going on with this rig that we did not realize until we were packed up and on the road. The camper door flew open multiple times while driving, finally just put bungee cord on it as a safety precaution so we could keep going. The steering is crappy, the rig jitters like you are on a dirt road and wanders like a drunk, all while pulling to the left even on smooth highway pavement. The auto leveling system had a damaged right rear jack that failed completly when the broken and rusty welds gave up under load. While driving the day before the end of our trip, something broke in the exhaust system which made it roar like a diesel engine and heated up the floor between the driver and passenger seat. The exterior weather stripping on the driver's side came loose while driving down the road and was flapping around for the last 2 days we had the vehicle.The interior has so many issues like deadbolt knob and sink faucet handle falling off, broken drawer bottoms, partially broken blinds, soft spots in the under floor in bathroom, broken privacy screen for the bedroom, issues with heat and AC staying on and trim coming off all over the place. Couch is in terrible condition, dinette cushions do not stay in place, and table is not even close to level. The interior just feels and looks scrudgy with dirt in the corners and gunk in drawers and cabinets, and there were even dishes that were not properly cleaned when we received the rig. The supplied water hose had thick dried organic looking gunk in the screen as did the screen in water intake on the side of the camper. I had to scrape and wash them before using.

The experience exceeded our expectations. Scott was great to work with and the RV was in good working order. The RV was clean and ready when promised. The check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle free. Scott explained all the features of the unit and was familiar with all the details of the RV we rented. He was open to questions and was friendly and easy to work with. We would rent this unit again and recommend Scott to anyone for their next camping adventure.

Host was very communicative and accomodating. Rv was not in the best condition and had some mechanical issues but the overall experience was great.

Hi Carlena, Thank you for the review. When you have one of our campers I encourage people to call for assistance. I apologize for Paul recommending you to not use the awning. It is very slow, the motor has been replaced and it is still slow. The A/C on campers with canvas is able to avoid freezing up when it is super humid by setting the control to High Cool and backing the temperature off of max cold a little bit.
