Bill was a true pro, and the experience was top notch. He delivered and picked up the RV; did a thourough and excellent orientation; and was available 24/7 for questions. He didn't sweat the small stuff and made the experiece fun and enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend renting from Bill.

We had a great time! This camper had everything we needed as a family of 4. The outdoor tv was a big hit at night watching the movies under the stars. My daughter snapped the door handle but they were understanding and really fair on the price to replace. Would definitely rent from them again! They knew it was my daughters birthday and left a sign and balloons. So thoughtful and sweet

He took the time to answer all of our (seemingly silly, to us) questions, and guide us through the entire process before our trip, He was also ready and willing to assist us with other matters and questions along the way! We would definitely rent from him again!

We had a great experience. Bill and Lisa are wonderful people and very helpful. They go out of their way to train you how to use all the features of their RV. Most of our issues were easily resolved with a phone call to remind us how we were instructed to turn something on/off. For any other issues that did not affect our usage, Bill took the RV in for service once we returned. The RV shows more “wear and tear” than the photos, but for people with kids or grand kids this turns out to be “plus” as is feels more like home. On the driving experience, Bill said it best – “the view out the front window is the best HD TV you can have”. We did get caught in a very bad rain storm. Those driving conditions are not for the inexperienced RV driver. With a 30ft RV, experience towing a trailer is very helpful for managing the wind gusts, navigating turns and encountering 18 wheelers on the highway. Nothing prevented us for having a great time with our grand kids – we would rent this unit again without question

Overall, great experience! Bill was fantastic. He was very thorough in describing his RV and very easy to work with. We have a family of 5 so finding a comfortable, accommodating RV was critical for our trip. My wife and I were extremely comfortable in the queen master. My oldest son (17) slept in the pullout, my daughter (14) loved the twin overhead bunk and my youngest son (13) had no issues in the dinette bed. All sheets and towels were provided which was a huge help and very much appreciated! The middle pullout made an enormous difference once set up at a campsite. Being able to have the dinette and sofa slide out created so much extra space. The automated leveling system was also super easy to use. The RV itself was very easy to drive, maneuver and set up. I'd highly recommend Bill and this RV!

Had a great time in this 30 foot Class A motorhome. I took my wife and two kids camping in this beautiful rig. I thought it was very easy to drive. Once we got to the campsite and hooked up it was a very awesome experience! Great queen size bed and the kids slept on a fold out couch. However there is other places to sleep like a bunk in the front of the motorhome. We hung out under the outside canopy and really enjoyed the whole experience. I would definitely rent this again!
