Our trip was wonderful. We needed the RV to transport my wife from a medical facility in South Lake Tahoe to our home in Arizona. The RV performed as expected. Dealing with the owners was easy, and it was a real pleasure meeting these folks. I would always recommend Outdoorsy to anyone who needs an RV rental. Thanks for making things so easy!

Shana & Shawn we're great to rent from. The RV was just as described and everything went very smoothly. They were very thorough in going over the contract and everything we needed to know about running the RV and all the connnections.

Everything about our experience with Shana and Shawn was first-rate from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Communication was prompt and accurate, friendly and flexible. I asked a couple of "stupid" questions and received calm simple replies. The vehicle was spotless. We were particularly impressed with the layout, as we had six adults comfortably inside. Finally, it was very easy to drive with lots of power as the RV is built upon a Ford 450 pick-up truck. But, again, what made things truly a joy was the experience with Shana and Shawn. Thanks again, guys, for caring and taking care of your vehicle and of us on our trip of a lifetime! :)

Shana and Shawn did a very good job in relaying all information to me quickly. I had last second plans cancelled and we got this all done in a matter of hours. Very professional as well as RV was as promised + some.

Definitely book with Shana & Sean - you will be very pleased with your choice !
Their 2015 30’ Thor motor coach “ Majestic “ is kept in tip top condition. We rented for a fun weekend event and the whole experience went flawlessly
from the highly organized ease of pick-up to the flexible “Sunday Return” schedule.
We met the interior sparkling clean with so many nice extras . . . The Kerig coffee machine and all the cafe accessories, first aid kit, the highly organized RV manual, the super cute S’mores tool box, the beautiful sets of towels. All the ingredients you will need to create your campground setting are there.
The RV equipment is in all good working order.
Shana and Shawn are both excellent communicators and skilled RV owners/ managers
For us their location was perfect making my pick up and return super easy. We look forward to booking with them in the future.
