Bear in mind this was our first RV trip .The RV had wear and tear (which was bit a problem) but only when we started using it we found out that there were some functionality issues such as gauge errors. That made it difficult on us to assess drinking or sewage water levels . As you can imagine for newbies like us it was pretty stressful.
Lastly we had an issue with the generator which stopped working 2 days before our trip was over .
Just to be clear Tommy was great in communicating and walking us through all issues. He responded regardless time of a day (or night ) . Which we really appreciated.
Also , after we return the vehicle ,Tommy let us know it would be having some
Maintenance work done before it is returned to work.
Overall the trip was great and we will be renting RVs in the future again 😀

If I could give zero stars, I would.Due to COVID, my wife and I had planned on taking our first RV vacation. We reserved this RV from Mr. Jackson more than a month before our planned trip. Two days before our vacation, Mr. Jackson cancelled the reservation. The RV park that we reserved required cancellation to occur 30 days before the reservation date to qualify for a refund. Due to Mr. Jackson's cancellation, I will lose several hundred dollars in fees because we are not able to use the RV park. Although Outdoorsy has agreed to refunded my RV charges, there is no recourse for the money that I will lose because I cannot get a refund from the RV park.

Tommy did a great job showing us the workings of the RV before we left. He was very responsive and helpful talking us through an issue with the A/C (our fault for forgetting a step in the set up that he had shown us). The coach was comfortable and clean. Great for our family.
