This was our first RV renting experience. The West family made us feel like family. They took their time to explain everything that we needed to know about the RV. They also made themselves available for any questions that we may have at anytime. They were friendly, patient and very professional. My wife and I took our grandkids on their first of many camping trips and we had a fantastic time. We would highly recommend using their services. We will definitely use them again!

I am writing to highly recommend doing business with Mr. and Mrs. West!!!! They are very kind, professional and honest people. I just met them a few days ago but it felt like I've known them for years and we've already done repeat business together. Thank you so much for the opportunity to do business with you. It was a complete honor celebrating our Fraternity Centennial & Founder's Day during VUU's Homecoming this past weekend with your RV being the center of attraction. It allowed us to change the paradigm to what a homecoming experience should be. Again, thank you for believing in me and allowing us to conduct business together. It was the greatest homecoming experience I've ever had as a Alumnus and you all contributed to making that happen.

From the moment we reserved the RV Matt and his wife were in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed to have a great trip. They were extremely flexible with pick up hours and the RV was clean and ready to go as promised. We were suprised to find "extras" like cooking utensils, plates, and coffee cups (which we forgot so this was a huge plus!) All in all was a great experience and would definitely rent from them again!
