Leland was very helpful. He delivered and set up the RV at a time that was convenient to us. He showed me how to use everything. The RV was clean and everything worked fine. There was no real issues. One item of note you CAN NOT have the owner deliver to you in the California State Park system. Outdoorsy doesn’t contract with them. I had to drive out of the park, hook the trailer up to my truck (luckily I could pull it) and tow it in myself. This would have been really bad if I didn’t have a tow hitch since we had no tent and I would have needed to travel 2.5 hours round trip back home to get it. Outdoorsy should be very clear on that when you are reserving.

We really enjoyed camping at the beach. The customer service was great . Leland delivered the trailer and picked it up. Even with last minute changes, Leland was gracious
