I am giving 1 star becoz of the following reasons:
1. Owner did not respond to any type of communication, even on the day of travel. we took a chance and went to their home to get the RV
2. owner was not there to give the overview, which was very important for first time Rv'ers like us. One whole day went in understanding RV.
3. The toilet casette was full. They did not even empty it out which lead to the leak in the RV, so grouse.
4. No mattress in the RV, bathroom door

Isaiah was really great. He was super honest about the condition of the vehicle and was open to pick up and drop off times. We had a great time in this vehicle and would rent again in the future.

A very convenient vehicle for two to enjoy a comfortable road trip. Owner was always available for assistance on phone/text. Overall a great experience.

Overall we had a great trip in Isaiah’s van. He is very nice and communication with him was great. The van is in good shape. As others mentioned there are a few things not quite perfect, but they are mostly cosmetic and functionally everything worked great. The systems in this Hymer are really well thought out and work super well. We could even run the A/C for a bit to cool the van down before going to sleep without being plugged in or running the generator! And even when the microwave came on at the same time there still was no hiccup.
If you need to sleep someone in front, there is a makeshift pad plus foam setup Isaiah provides. It works well but is somewhat improvised.

Isaiah was great! He explained how to use the van and kept it short and sweet. He said I could call anytime if I had any questions once on the road, which I didn’t need to do. Wonderful experience overall. Would rent from him again 100%

Isaiah is communicative and friendly. Be sure to bring your own bedding and kitchen/bath supplies. There were minor interior items in disrepair, but the engine, battery and drive-ability are top notch not to mention miles per gallon compared to a 23 ft RV. We were unable to get the hot water heater to work after the first night.

Great vehicle to drive. Took it for a 2 night trip. Mostly as advertised. Comfortable for 2 people. Would be nice to include some cleaning spray inside so that renters can clean as they go. Both parties should wear a mask for pick-up/drop-off. Overall, we had a great trip and really appreciate Isaiah letting us rent his great vehicle!

Overall we had a very good experience renting Isiaha's van. Easy communication and pick-up/drop-off of the van. Driving the van was easy and confortable. However, we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the van and spent quite a bit of time cleaning the van before leaving and emptying the tanks. Additionally, the bed in the front that is supposed to accommodate two people is an add on and the proper board to hold the mattress was not available. But if you're only two adults it's a nice van for amazing adventures.

Super easy pick-up and drop off. Isaiah was friendly and helpful. The van was easy to drive and use. Great for 2 people or family with younger children. I would rent this van again. Renting is great way to see what you like (and don't).

Great first time experience with Outdoorsy. They found us this excellent last minute RV when another reservation fell through. Isaiah was a terrific host. The RV was like new and tripped out with everything you cloud possibly need. Highly recommend!

Isaiah is friendly, easy to work with, nice vehicle, easy to drive, Isaiah was vey kind to deliver and pick up the vehicle at my residence, which was very appreciated, I would definitely recommend renting Isaiah’s vehicle, thank you !
