Hey y’all, We are the Jansen’s! We love the outdoors: hiking, fishing, camping and just enjoying nature. We have a nonprofit organization “Hopeful Acres” in which keeps us busy. We are a retired military family looking to rent out our fifth wheel so that others can make everlasting memories, as we have.

Rick was great. He delivered/setup/tore down in a remote location. He Accommodated all of our requests and this floor plan gave our young kids a quiet nook away from the main living and master bedroom. The master mattress was comfortable and the storage was plentiful. The outdoor kitchen/fridge was so nice to have as well. Thanks for a great vacation!

Absolutely amazing experience! Couldn’t have asked for a better 5th wheel or better host. We looking to buy a similar model and wanted to test out the 5th wheel first. Rick answered all my emails quickly and he was extremely accommodating. When he dropped off the 5th wheel he was so helpful, he took extra time to meet up with us and show us the set up process and provided lots of helpful advise.
The 5th wheel was the perfect set up for our family of 5. It was immaculate and had everything we needed for our quick get away.

Such a beautiful camper. Very clean and well kept. Camper was delivered and set up for us, so no fusing with that after driving 20 hours straight from NC to TX. Ricky and Elsa are very nice and provide a lot of amenities to help make your trip/stay super fun. I would recommend reaching out to Ricky & Elsa first for camper services very time!

When we arrived Ricky & Elsa we’re setting up the trailer for us, they greeted us and showed us around making sure we knew where everything was located and how to work everything we needed. They left us a bag of candies as a welcome.
The trailer was very clean and just amazing! My family of 5 couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our 6 day first family camping trip.
Highly recommend renting from Ricky & Elsa! I know we will again and again.

Rick and Elsa were great to work with through the whole process. They have a very nice fifth wheel, and they even added some special touches to help us celebrate a birthday. Very timely communication as well.

This experience was one to remember. VERY clean camper, VERY friendly owners and had more than any hotels provide! From initial contact to follow up, Ricky & Elsa are excellent communicators who took time to explain everything for us. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!
