Our family of 5 (3 young kids) really enjoyed this trailer. It was clean and new and somehow felt spacious. There were dishes/cutlery and some cooking utensils and pots/pans provided. Bathroom shower functioned great as a baby bath for our toddler to rinse off which was a plus. Electric fireplace and double sized bunkbed cubby was a highlight for our family. Fixtures like hooks, towel racks and toilet paper holder would go a long way to keep things tidy, dry and out of the way. Propane furnace didn't work and the trailer and site smelled of propane during our 4 day use which didn't seem normal. Outdoorsy app has several flaws that made booking very challenging, so I recommend using a desktop rather than your phone to book. Shane was always quick to respond and took care to have the trailer set-up and fully ready for our use.

Overall, Shane has a nice trailer so everything should have gone well and this rating should have been 4 or 5 stars.
However, our experience started out with a surprise of being greeted by Shane's mother instead of by Shane (the owner of the trailer). When you interact with someone during the research & reservation process, I think it's reasonable to expect to meet the owner of the trailer whom you've spoken with at pickup time, or, at least to be advised in advance that we'd be meeting with someone else.
Shane's mom was pleasant enough. The trailer was clean and we received a good overview of how to operate everything. However, we had never attached a weight distribution hitch before so it was a bit disappointing when Shane's mother was unable to provide any direction or assistance. Her main contribution to this effort was to warn us repeatedly to try to avoid mutilating our fingers. But, we figured it out and off we went.
At set-up time, we quickly discovered that one of the four stabilizers had been severely bent by a previous renter. This damage had not be disclosed when we picked up the trailer and it required some creativity when trying to get the trailer properly secured. Also, there were no leveling blocks provided which seemed odd to us and made it difficult to get the trailer properly leveled.
Our other major complaint with the trailer was that the battery provided was incapable of holding a charge for longer than 4-5 hours. This was an unexpected inconvenience as we were off-grid. As we were using only the interior lights and occasionally the water pump, our use of electricity was extremely low. In the late afternoon, we would run the generator provided for four hours to charge the battery but by 9:00 - 10:00 pm, there was no charge left to run even the lights.
Finally, a stupid mistake which we made and took full responsibility for caused the glass cover on top of the stove to be shattered. Twice, we requested that Shane provide an explanation regarding one of the items ($125) for which we were being charged but we have still not received an answer. The description of the item in question was a "backsplash". The backsplash is commonly understood to be the area on the wall at the back of the stove and this was most definitely NOT damaged.
So, overall, I cannot recommend renting from this source.

Pick up and drop off were smooth. One suggestion on the address, include the unit number in the park where it is to be picked up.
Another suggestion is this; upgrade the kitchen dishes. If the trailer can hold 6 people, there should be enough utensils for 6 along with glasses, cups etc. Coffee maker is a must so I would suggest adding a perk type coffee maker to the package. There should be an inventory list for the user before pick up so that the user knows what they have to bring with them.
The use of the hitch and leveling system were perfect, that was a concern but it was taken care of. Longer sewer hose would be a great upgrade. Genset was perfect to run this unit along with the AC.
Another suggestion is this; upgrade the kitchen dishes. Shane was quick to reply to all messages. He was friendly, and good to deal with. The trailer is very nice. It was clean, and looks as shown in pictures.
