Patrick was nice in person but returned only part of our security deposit with no reason given. There were no up-front fees listed and all damage to the RV was the same as was documented before our rental, so we are left in the dark about the missing $200. Patrick was great to work with--very helpful and willing to work with us. The RV was wonderful, and he was great about showing us the different features and answering all of our questions as first-time renters. I would highly recommend!
