The RV was in great shape and we got everything we needed out of it. The owner was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this RV for future rentals.

What an amazing experience all-around! The RV was absolutely perfect for my family's trip from CO to the Oregon Coast and back. It comfortably slept me, my wife, and three children (7, 5, 2). All three of our kids had their own beds, which they slept in better than their beds at home! Despite the many hours of driving (52 in 9 days), our kids remained comfortable and entertained the entire way. The amenities provided by William were perfect. Whether we were staying in an RV park with full hook ups or a remote campsite without any hookups, we were well prepared. Finally, William's communication made the experience so much better than I would expect from any other rental company or individual. During our 2nd night we ran into an issue where the air conditioning was not working. Given we were in Nevada and it was over 100 degrees, that was highly problematic. William was kind enough to help us troubleshoot the issue (which was a campground issue, not the RV) at 9:30pm on a Saturday night. I cannot recommend this RV and William enough.

We had a great time in Bill and Gemma's RV. They are very personable and great communicators. Bill gave us all of the necessary information on operating the RV before we left. We camped in Creede, CO and also went to Lake City and Durango. The RV has plenty of power to make it over any of the mountain passes in Colorado. It is well equipped and very comfortable. We recommend the rental of their motorhome.

Gemma and Bill were wonderful to work with! The Minnie Winnie is very well maintained, and absolutely full of special touches. We didn't have to worry about bringing anything extra for our trip- Gemma had thought through everything, including entertainment for the family. The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed to cook (even Tupperware for leftovers). Bill took the time to explain how everything worked, and was available throughout the week for any questions we had. All systems were in perfect working order, it was truly such a nice experience.
We HIGHLY recommend this rental!
