We enjoyed a long weekend at Shenandoah River State Park in Darin’s Winnebago View. The RV is in great shape, and very easy to drive and operate (even for first timers, like us). The bed is queen size and very comfortable. Darin made himself available to answer questions promptly over the weekend, which we appreciated. We hope to rent this RV again in the spring for another fun getaway!

Darin was kind and communicative. One star each has been removed for the following two reasons.One thing that was a challenge for us was the later pickup and earlier dropoff times, as we were coming from an hour away and it reduced our vacation time by a bit more than a day. Specifically the early dropoff time, with a full tank of gas and empty tanks needed upon arrival in Reston, and a clean RV required made our final travel day quite stressful. We had to empty the waste and gray water tank very early at our campsite (5 a.m.), then not use a restroom while en route (even with a newly potty trained toddler), find a gas station near Darin’s home in order to fill up with gas, empty trash, and clean the RV all in time for dropoff.Also when we picked up the RV, we found that it was not in the condition that we expected it would be. It is a nice RV and well-kept, but has wear and tear that we would not describe as brand new. It seemed to have been in a minor accident before our rental, and the microwave had been damaged, so Darin had installed a temporary one during our trip. The WiFi is quite spotty, so don’t plan to have constant access if you are trying to, for example, telework on the road. The interior door handle was broke during our trip with normal use, and had been taped when we picked up the RV. Though we feel we didn’t do anything that would have broken a working and brand new condition door handle, we were charged to replace the broken handle. There appear to be some either computer or wiring glitches that make ignition tricky at times.

A Wonderful Rig! Several groups of people stopped at this RV and asked for take a quick peek of it. And very easy to drive!
Darin prepared everything inside this RV, even gloves. He is very nice, helpful and very responsive for any question.

We were “first timers” but the trip was great. The RV is loaded with everything you need. Really well equipped. The owner was extremely nice & texted us to make sure we were doing ok as newbies. Driving was easy & the new MB chassis is super nice. Bon Voyage!

Great communication from the owner, both before and during our trip. RV was easy to drive, plenty of space for our family of five plus our dog! Hookups were easy to use, truly anybody can do it. It was our first time ever traveling in an RV and we can’t wait to go again!

This the ultimate luxury RV for 24 feet. Your in good hands with Darin the owner of this 2020 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Winnebago View. Its as close to home comforts as you can get. We spent a week touring the East and West side of NC for Thanksgiving with family and friends. A very comfortable ride. A real CLAMPING (Glamor Camping) experience!

We had a great time renting “Gator” and heading to Western Maryland for a long weekend with our family. Darin was fantastic to work with – he provided a lot of information up front about the RV and its furnishings, and was very responsive during our trip when we had a couple of questions. The RV was easy to handle when traveling with no problem on steep hills and easy to park in parking lots. Inside was gorgeous and easily accommodated our family of 5 and kept us cozy on a couple freezing cold nights!
