Host was very informational about his RV. We had good time in general while staying at the Key West State Parks. The roof of the RV was leaking however on the passenger site and A/C was extremely noisy while we were sleeping at the campsite. Also we pick his RV with the engine check light on (host said it is ok for now). 4 days after returning RV to the owner he charged us ~100$ for deep cleaning and bedding sheets. It was a charge without even letting us know that was taken against security deposit even-though we did our best to leave clean and even better condition then during pick-up. That was very unfair. This RV has plenty of maintenance issues to improve quality of service.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Efrain was exceptionally responsive, answering every question promptly and clearly. As this was my first RV experience, his professionalism and support gave me complete peace of mind and made the entire trip smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

From ages 81 to 8 we had a great time. This RV is not new, which made us more relaxed about the kids playing in it. If you are new to RV's, there is a lot to remember form the owner's orientation. Take notes and pictures and call him if you have questions. He was very helpful. FYI: It sleeps six in two beds, but one of the beds is only 42" wide and there are only 5 seat belts. This was not a problem for us.

The host is great. I think this is the 3rd time we've rented with him, and this RV is a nice size for a couple. Love the solar panels and the propane refrigerator. We are careful with electricity and didn't have to run the generator!

Great experience, Efrain is very courteous and attentive. The RV is wonderful and easy to drive with all the cameras you can park with no problems. We enjoyed it very much. We visited Lake Louisa State Park and Jonathan Dickinson State Park, Jupiter Inlet and Beaches. I would highly recommend this RV.
