The trailer was outstanding, not an issue what so ever, is hauled like a champ and it’s services were on point and working as like new!

Trailer itself worked out well for the 4 of us (1 adult, 3 kids). However, cleanliness could have been better: floor was filthy (trailer is kept parked on gravel lot), bed mattresses had a bit of dirt/sand, small debris on them, not all the window blinds were functional, and at least one of the window screens was not properly fitted.

The beds are comfortable and the air conditioner is fantastic! We had issues with the refrigerator and Randy took care of that.

Randy acted like he was "just fine" when I dropped the trailer off, but then decided to turn around and charge me an extra $90 after the fact. I have no way to verify the reasons for almost half of the extra charges now.
