Owners are great, very kind and attentive. Unfortunately this is a 21 (or about) year old RV. The engine has really low mileage but the components are showing their age.

Linda’s answer

We have responded to each concern because it's important to provide the best experience for our renters, we want to acknowledge that we have made updates regarding this rental. Our renters are very nice people as well, a couple with two very helpful and polite teenage, or pre-teen, boys. They had a rental reserved that became incapacitated and they searched for a replacement in a short frame of time, we were thrilled to help out. They traveled over 6 hours from their home in St Louis, MO to our home in Valley Center, KS just to be able to keep their reservations along their vacation travels.
In response to Jamie's review I would like to offer the following:
The RV age is advertised up front as is the low mileage. The engine is original and the RV was kept in a garage for most of its first 13 years.
After this rental, we found the door damaged beyond repair and had it replaced.
The generator was working properly before and after their trip and has been completely serviced and is at present in complete working order. The renters did pull the fuse-box out of the wall trying to get some relief for their inability to get things working correctly, and we had to repair that and the wall. I will, from now on, include updated rules with information specific to opening that fuse-box door (simply turning the knob allows the hinged door to open revealing all the fuses and circuit breakers).
There are four outlets in the main cabin and 2 in the bedroom, each allowing 2 units to be plugged in at a time and these all work if the generator is on or the electrical power is engaged at a provided power source where the RV is parked. Yes there is only one charging outlet at the vehicle dashboard and the vehicle radio does not work (if it did it wouldn't be available, and neither would the charging outlet, without the engine engaged.) We don't specify that there is a provided radio.
