Michael Shaw was forced to cancel the booking 1 day before departure due to the vehicle needing repairs and has been very helpful in finding us a replacement.

The RV was very clean and had many items not listed on the ad which was a great surprise! Both were available if there was a need that arose and quick to respond. A through walk through was given prior to taking off.

We absolutely loved “Chrissy” and the whole RV experience! Mike and Stephanie were wonderful. They were very thorough showing us everything when we picked up and were available to answer questions throughout our trip. The RV was spacious and was prepped and ready to go for us and our three kids. We can’t wait for our next adventure!

We had a wonderful time in the Thor Motor Coach! Even though it was our first time, things went surprisingly smooth. There was plenty of room to sleep and it is a well kept RV. The owners were prompt to answer phone/texts questions that we had along the way. My only suggestion would be to have written instructions on items such as TV/DVD operation. Our grandchildren had a blast riding and sleeping in the RV! We definitely recommend it!

Michael and Stephanie made our first RV experience nothing short of exceptional. From response time to availability, they were the kindest and most helpful - welcoming us into their unit like into their home.
The unit in itself is great, used it for a 2400+ mile trip over a week, driving easily in both highway and city settings, and spending the night at state parks. Plenty of space and more for a family of four including two small children with lots of energy.
