Our RV rental experience fell well short of expectations, and customer service has offered no response to my messages or refund requests over the past ten days.

The trailer we rented was perfect! The associates that helped us (Jim and Jen) were absolutely amazing; allowing the pick-up and drop off easy and stress free. Thank You all for a wonderful experience. We look forward to booking a rental with you in the future and will highly recommend you to others!

Adventure West was really helpful to us with needing to get an RV quickly. Jim was really friendly and showed us everything we needed to know about the RV for our trip. The RV was clean and ready and stocked with some basic essentials. The pick up was super easy and the self serve drop off was convenient. We hope to rent from them again.

friendly, helpful staff, good prices, and a range of trailers and RVs to rent (we have chosen the same 20' trailer the last two years, and it has been great for our needs).

I loved renting the RV and had a great time on my trip. My host, Seth, was very helpful. There were some things that did not work on the RV such as the awning, hot water heater, and frig running on propane. Once we were at a site with amenities we were fine and used the bath house for showers. Other than that, I loved the experience and would rent again. Thank you.
