We received a brief orientation that was not adequate to help us manage the 2 RVs that we rented. We were told we probably would not even need to empty the grey or black water while we were gone which set an unrealistic expectation. One RV had a third pull to empty the black water that we were not informed of. One of the RVs smelled strongly of sewage for 90% of the trip despite frequent emptying. The valve to go from dry camping to city would not turn and so we had to ration water even though we were at a site with water. We had a leak in the shower and the back half of our RV was sopping wet. There were minor issues like a tail light out, the DVD player didn't work, the blue tooth did not work, the back up camera was hard to see, and broken drawers and shelves that would not have greatly impacted our trip. The reservation agent and the repairman were friendly and helpful and he drove out to help us with repairs but the issues were big enough to detract from our vacation.

Our Alaska RV Rental experience was wonderful. The RV was in great condition and allowed us to explore Denali for 6 days with a great homebase. The team was very helpful and when we inadvertently left a cell phone in the RV they contacted us immediately and arranged to get it back to us.

We had a wonderful trip in our Alaska RV Rental! Booking with Jamie was very easy and she was wonderful to answer my questions and very sweet. My husband said pickup and drop off was very easy also! Camper had everything we needed and we had no issues at all! Looking forward to using Alaska RV again!! Thank you!!

These guys are crooks. I was waiting to pull into the lot at my return time. The lot was packed with people and vehicles. I couldn’t pull in. The clerk changed me for an extra day because I wasn’t standing in the office. It didn’t matter I couldn’t pull in his lot. He was just looking for any reason to increase his profit and all new it wasn’t right I will do a google review for the same and block my credit card.

The staff at Alaska RV Rentals were very helpful - it comes with pretty much everything you need. The RV worked great, drop off was easy we only had to put gas in the RV - Alaska RV took care of the rest.

Extremely helpful and willing to let us check in and get the RV late since our flight did not come in until 9pm. I would recommend Alaska RV rentals to anyone and I would rent from them again and again.

The owners Jim and Jamie were amazing. They got us a reservation on a last minute cancellation, they made sure that we had everything we needed, the RV was in perfect operating condition.and were very accommodating. The RV was clean not only functional but fashionable. They had a long list of items that you could rent if you didn’t have them, including fishing poles, sleeping bags, firewood you name it! I highly recommend Alaska RV Rentals, their staff were professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and there were no surprise costs at pick up or return, it was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! Big thanks to Jim, Jamie and staff for assuring we had the best RV camp trip experience possible! Stay wild and stay safe!

Our trip was great! We did get off to a rough start, our RV was not ready when we arrived at the Rental shop. They did put us up in another RV and then we had to wait the next day for ours to be ready. Other than that, everything was great!
