Lisa was friendly and professional. Pick up and drop off were simple. Lisa was there to explain how to set up and use the trailer. The RV was clean and nice. Had a minor leak under sink, but it was an easy fix, otherwise I would rate it 5 stars for mechanical as well. Would definitely rent again in the future.
