Tender living care was put into the RV prior to arrival! Everything was super clean and perfectly set up. I cannot wait to do this again!

Unfortunately, I would've rated higher if Julie would've honored making it right after the delay. After traveling from out of town from Lemoore, CA with my husband and two children we arrived around 6pm, which is two hours after you can start checking in. When we arrived, our rental had not even been delivered or set up. We were told to go have dinner, and it would be ready roughly an hour later. We were offered a bottle of wine for the inconvenience, I politely declined. Long story short, the rental wasn't ready to occupy until almost 9:30pm. We were told we would be given a credit, but all we really wanted was to stay an additional day to make up for the delay. However, they were completely booked and Julie stated she had her people working on it and would follow up with us the next day. We never even heard from her the rest of our trip. Julie never followed back up with us or offered to make it right since we were unable to stay the additional day as we requested. I sent two emails and to this day we still haven't received any correspondence or credit from Julie @ Beach Bound Rentals. I understand accidents or mistakes happen, but you make it right no matter what. If our request couldn't be honored to stay an additional day then credit back a day since we were delayed even starting our vacation. I was expecting much more from Julie, as I felt she was genuinely apologetic - but we received nothing!

Staff and trailer was awesome. Could have used a bigger charcoal bbq. We will do it again next year with Beach Bound!

Really helped us in a tight spot. We will always be grateful to Julie and staff for turning a calamity into a pleasant vacation at Pismo. They went above and beyond expectations!

It was unfortunate that our first rental with Beach Bound was not a great one. We were very excited about our camping trip to Pismo Beach and were hoping our RV rental would help share the camping experience with my older parents by offering them some conveniences. Sadly our RV did not have electricity due to a broken generator. It took Beach Bound a day to fix the issue. My father needs a breathing machine to sleep at night. He was very uncomfortable. The water pump does not work without electricity so we also did not have water for one day. We were only renting the RV for 2 days so half our trip was very uncomfortable for my elderlly parents. Although it took the Beach Bound staff a long time to return my calls, when I finally got through to Julie she was kind and helpful. I just wish Beach Bound responded faster to major issues. I also think they need to send instruction on how to use certain features of the RV. When we finally got water we ran out in 5 hours. We never took showers in the RV and used the camp ground facilities for most of our trip.
