Jeremy was great to work with! The RV was in great condition and was perfect for our trip for our family of 6. The whole thing went so smoothly and Jeremy made sure we had everything we needed and was available with any questions or support we needed. The RV was comfortable and we had a blast! The experience of renting from Big J's RV rental was the best one, this new RV was very clean and well maintained, the layout is perfect, very spacious and served its purpose in the best way. Jeremy is very responsive, pleasant to deal with and made an effort to accommodate our needs to ensure a smooth experience and so it was. Highly recommended, I will definitely go back to Big J's RV rental for my next RV trip!
