Cindee did an outstanding job walking us through how to operate everything in the RV and was helpful with all the questions we had. We will absolutely be renting from Blacksford if we are in the area again.

We rented from Blacksford via Outdoorsy, and everything went very well. Cindee did a particularly excellent job taking care of us on both ends of our trip. Our RV was clean and was very well outfitted. We were very impressed and are already planning a return visit next year. Thanks so much!

An excellent first camper van experience for 8 days touring 4 national parks. The Winnebago Solis was the right choice for us as it was roomy, new, and had a level of comfort that a smaller van might have turned us off on the whole idea. Very easy to drive and park. I didn't risk navigating sandy beaches but otherwise had a blast boondocking off dirt trails; just take it slow. Van was very clean when we picked it up. Five stars for Cindee! She was fantastic. Really took the time to go over everything and made herself available to answer newbie questions while on the road. We didn't have many as it was so well explained in the beginning. The pick up and return experience is stress free and professionally handled. We felt very taken care of. My only suggestion if I had to make one would be to supply a salt and pepper shaker in the cupboard. We donated a few things on the way out in the spirit of leaving some 'van magic.' Hopefully others will do the same. Thank you Jonathan and Blacksford!

This company was absolutely amazing!! Their customer service was miles above what we expected. Cindee was a pleasure to work with and was always easy to reach when we had questions. She even picked us up from our hotel and took us back after our trip. In her personal car! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Cindee! You’re a rock star!!

Overall think Blacksford is great. However, had a number of issues on this trip. Truma heater for water and heating RV did not work.....Coleman Stove failed during trip, and we were not informed of the total height of unit (including Coleman A/C which probably adds another foot in height) and this contributed to accident of hitting an overpass. Again, love the company and have had flawless experiences in past, but this trip had some issues.

Loved it!!! First time driving an RV and Jeff at Blacksford did a super awesome job walking us through everything. Winnebago Solis camper was perfect. Communication during rental was great, and they even picked us up at the airport just prior to the rental and dropped us off at our hotel after the rental was complete. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to rent an RV in the regions they service. Will definitely use them again. Thanks so much for helping make our vacation so memorable!

Experience was overall good but very poor notation due to 2 major points: RV was not clean when we took it (microwave dirty, same as fridge, floor, windows...). Air conditioner did not work properly, ans it was really hard to travel in the back of the van. We were lucky to use IT only 1 day.
