We are located in beautiful Norwich, NY and are a family owned and operated business. Campers to Go rents travel trailers (non-motorized RVs) campers from April through October and has a wide array of choices to please everyone's individual tastes. Our inventory is growing at a fast pace with the largest selection of rentals in Central New York. I give full props to Campers To Go of Norwich for their customer service and responsiveness. They delivered the camper that we agreed to on time and at the correct location. They are very easy to deal with and I recommend doing business with them. The only reason I'm giving 4.5 versus 5 stars is that the camper itself was a bit clunky. There were no serious defects to speak of, just a few very minor things like a broken handle, but the camper itself was kind of bouncy. When either one of us walked around, or even laughed too hard, the whole thing shook. We visited others' RVs at the campground and didn't find this to be the case with other units -- we are complete newbies to RV camping and elected to rent in order to gain some experience. We weren't certain what to expect. Other than this issue, our experience was just fine and we look forward to enjoying more RVing adventures in our future.

Renting from Rentals To Go was so easy. They delivered the camper had it all set up when we got there and when we were done we took our things and they came and got it. The camper was very nice and clean and the perfect size for my daughter and I. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again.

The camper was as advertised, but hit a few snags:1. The sewer drain was not opened upon set-up. We were new campers so when we had baked up water coming out of the shower and both drains at night we had zero clue what to do, and had quite the odor in the camper. No one responded from the emergency # after hours, and at 10am the next day I had to call to get someone on the phone, there was no call to me after 3 messages the prior night. I would suggest putting a note in the camper to newcomers to avoid this, because it truly was a simple fix.2. Our door locked behind us without us locking it. I don't know if this is a camper issue, but it should only lock with a key. Campers to go kindly sent a kind guy to come unlock us but they are 45 mins away and at night I'm not sure what would have happened as no one responds to the emergency # after hours. I would suggest campers to go finding a different locking mechanism. My car keys were locked in my camper so I was completely helpless - thankfully this happened at an ok time with ok weather.

We enjoyed our stay in the camper; it was clean and ready for our use when we arrived on August 11. This went down hill however when we discovered on Thursday that the refrigerator was not operating properly and we lost a good bit of meat and dairy products

Our camper was great, unfortunately others in our party didn’t have the same experience as their camper smelt of smoke (you tried to resolve but it didn’t fix issue) & the other one’s AC broke although it was promptly fixed.

Not sure that I would rent from here again. Our sink didn’t work the first day I had to call someone and they did return my call within a couple hours. Had to unscrew the sink to unclog it and a bunch of black stuff came out. None of the lights worked. Only the one over the kitchen table and bedroom. Our fridge stop working the next day so I had to call again. The bunk beds are literally a 1 inch pad on top of plywood and same in the master. Should let renters know to bring a mattress topper or something. Super uncomfortable and hurts your body.

Was upset that the camper had a strong smoke odor inside. The refrigerator stopped working so I lost some food.
Stephanie was helpful regarding that. We were not sure if it stayed running because we were checking out. Otherwise the camper was nice.

The camper was clean and beautiful, but the mattresses were so thin I don't think they can be considered mattresses. Less than a pack and play mattress. Please upgrade your mattresses!
