This trailer is very luxurious and flawless. Kyle made the the pickup and drop off effortless. Overall a phenomenal experience. Kind and accommodating owner who really went above and beyond to communicate with us especially as first time users. Kyle even went as far as providing a video tutorial covering the usage of the trailer and its components. Only 5 stars because 10 is not available!!!! Absolutely awesome experience! I would rent this trailer again without any hesitation.
