Rv was very clean and stocked with all the supplies we needed besides food. Raul was so awesome to deal with. He guided us on all the things needed to have a successful stay in the rv. We stayed stationary all week but the rv was a lifesaver with the crazy Texas thunderstorms we had almost daily. Would highly recommend.

We could not have asked for a better experience with DFW Outdoor Rentals. The booking process was easy and Raul was patient and timely in responding to questions we had prior to booking. He went through everything with us at the time of pick up to ensure we were comfortable with the RV. Ten days and almost 2800 miles and we only encountered one minor mechanical issue. It was no big deal at all, but Raul was still very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to book our next rental!

The host were fine just the system does not work so good. The driver process could use some work. Getting our license uploaded and verified was a joke. Be better

First time towing an RV. Raul made the process smooth and was really helpful. Great setup the rental included a nice hitch with sway control. Drop off and pickup were easy, will definitely use them again in the future.

As first time RV renters, we didn’t know what to expect. Raul called us back and patiently answered all of our questions thoroughly. We were so impressed with the detail put into making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Bonnie was so clean and the welcome sign and gift basket of s’mores was such a sweet gesture. Our family had a wonderful time and everything we needed and more was readily available. We had a few questions during our trip and Raul

It was our first time towing and camping out in a trailer. Raul shared all of his knowlege and made sure I got the right gear and confidence to tow it with my Toyota higlander 2015. The trailer is very comfortable and well equipped.
