Smooth and easy process. We rented the 24 foot Class C RV and the rig was exactly as advertised. The instruction videos were very helpful, the company very responsive and the services included in the rental are excellent. Overall a positive experience with no complaints.

There was a small problem with the fridge. A few times the light didn't come on when we opened it, but the on light was solid and the temp light was blinking. I turned it off and then back on and it seemed to be working. Had to do it twice.

Hello Dieter, that happens with those fridges if you don't hold the start button down for a full 10 seconds to start. I don't know why the manufactured thought holding the start for 10 seconds was a good idea because it feels like an eternity, but if you only make it to 9 seconds and let go it goes into a maintenance setting and you have to try again. Sorry about that, but glad all else was good. Thanks!

The whole process from start to finished was super easy. The camper we rented was very clean upon pick up. We found that the solar panels on top did a great job keeping the batteries charged. Fridge was of good size and kept our food cold the 5 days we were camping without using dry ice. Will definitely use this service again and highly recommend this company to others.

Our second summer renting with Easy Camper Rental. They make it so easy for the occasional camper like me. Easy online booking, then email pickup instructions and very helpful YouTube videos of the whole process, that makes camping so much fun and above all, so comfortable!

We are repeat customers. Just as the name says everything is made easy. Great communication, helpful videos that walk you through the process. It all combines for seamless pick up and drop offs and a great camping experience. The trailers that we have rented have been in mint condition and very comfortable. 5 Stars!

We had a great experience renting from Easy Camper Rental. This company definitely lives up to it's name with easy to follow instructions and videos, professional communication throughout the rental process and quality campers. The 17' camper was in excellent condition and was perfect for our stay-cation at Strawberry Reservoir this July. We will definitely be back!
