product as described, took the family camping up to the White Mountains it was a bit cold but the RV kept us warm. The pick up was easy the host was there on time showed me how to use the RV since this was my first time renting one. The RV was clean and ready the host was nice enough to fill the fresh water. I would definitely rent from Eddie's RVs again, as matter of fact I am looking to camp for Thanksgiving.

What a great experience we've got. The RV was very clean, no smells, everything worked as it should. Very well equipped. Lance was super helpful, responded right away to every question I've got, even while I was already camping. Very professional. I will definitely rent it next year again. Thanks Lance

As a first time hauler, Lance made sure we were ready ! Safety first, he helped go over setting up the camper & made sure all our questions were answered. First time glamping was a success.

Lance is an awesome host! Super communicative, easy to reach if needed, flexible on pickup/dropoff.Trailer shows some signs of use but that's to be expected with a renta. It perfect for me and my 2 boys. It' well stocked with plastic utensils, a pot and pan for cooking, and lots of dishware. The linens were clean and the trailer was super clean as well. Best of all, he said it had a 300 amp hour battery and solar. We never even needed a generator, the battery was always topped off and ready to go.

I could not have asked for a better rental experience than this one. It was both affordable AND super easy. The camper was exactly as shown, the orientation during pick-up was simple, and Lance was a GREAT communicator! Lance made sure everything was simple and doable for novice RV/trailer people (like me!), and was quick to answer questions during my trip. The camper was clean, comfortable, and always a welcome respite after a long day.
If I want to rent another camper in the future, I will specifically seek out Eddie's RVs. I recommend you do too!

This is the second time I’ve rented from Lance through Outdoorsy and my experience was again amazing. This trailer was a little bit larger than the last one as my wife came along with me and my dog. The trailer could not be any cleaner and it has all of the necessities to make for a great trip. I highly recommend Lance for any trips you wish to take.

Highly recommend! This was my first time renting an RV, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and he was very flexible throughout the process. When I had a small issue over the weekend, he made himself available right away and guided me through a quick 30-second fix. I truly appreciated his support and responsiveness. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to others.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The absolute best experience ever! If I could give 10 stars, I would. From start to finish, this was an absolute masterclass in customer service. He was incredibly communicative, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every single detail thoroughly, ensuring I felt completely comfortable and informed at every step. His description was spot on with absolutely nothing hidden. What truly set him apart was how amazingly friendly he was with my kids, making the whole interaction stress-free for the family. He helped us through and through, even going completely above and beyond by swapping out our hitches when he absolutely did not have to.If you want someone honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, look no further. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
