Jackie is an awesome host! She's responsive, accommodating and very helpful with the whole process from setting up, towing and operating the trailer and offering tips for the best RV experience. Everything worked flawlessly. Just make sure your tow vehicle can tow at least 8000 pounds and you'll have a safe, great RV experience with Jackie's Passport Ultra Lite!
