Our original RV rental fell thru at the last moment (that RV was wrecked by a prior renter). Gary let us use his Jayco Precept on a very short notice. We had a few issues during transit from Texas to Minnesota, but Gary was always available to help talk us thru those issues. All-in-all our trip was enjoyable!

Gary was awesome! Our original booking that we had since May canceled 3 days before our departure! We were in a panic. Gary booked us and got us on our way with no problems and he was very attainable and helpful. Will rent from First Class RV again!!! Thanks Gary.

We ended up having an issue with the exhaust manifold cracking but Gary was very helpful in communicating and trying to get it repaired while we were on the road just now Ford dealership had the part in stock. It just made the vehicle very loud when we traveled.

Gary was an effective communicator and backed up everything he said. He went above and beyond on every facet of the transaction and I would highly recommend renting from him - I definitely will be in the future.
