The battery would not keep a charge but I suppose those things happen and they didn't charge me any extra for the generator if I went over the hours. They overcharged me an extra day but after a little over a week we seem to have corrected that. The employees were helpful and the unit was ok. I'll give you another try!

This was only our second toy hauler rental and our first from Going Places. Their team was very helpful and did a fantastic job explaining every aspect of the rental and were happy to answer all our questions. We will definitly use Going Places again!

Rene is a great lady and her customer service over the phone was impeccable! We had no issues with this unit and I would rent from going places RV again. Place was a little hard to find but that was my fault for not looking at the map they provide after booking. The check in and also out of the RV was seamless and they took care of be on the day I returned the unit as well. I would say if your in the make for an RV rental use going places RV!

EEverything good except Problem with the refrigerator the first day> It would not keep things cold. We were told that it needed to working for 12 hours prior to going on the trip. It finally work fine .
