I have to admit to reserve the trailer was easy, but once it got close to the reservation date things got complicated, We had to sign a 10+ page contract that you needed a lawyer to review The deposit was large compared to other sites We were charged for a ding on the back panel which could of been a rock ! But then we were also charged for a ripped up bunk bed cover, that was already ripped! But the ultimate is they NEVER let us know that they were taking the additional money of $442!!! Don' rent from this company!

The team at Go Vacation RV are awesome! We were first time RV'ers and had a great experience. Ryan walked us through everything and possible things to look out for. The RV was clean, well stocked, and ready for us to go (only had to fill the water tank). The options on the RV (like side view cameras) were helpful. We would definitely rent from them again!

As I have never towed a trailer before, I wanted to make sure that my vehicle is wired correctly prior to my trip so there are no surprises when I go on vacations. Ryan went above and beyond agreeing to meet at wee hours (7am) few days before my vacations to assure that vehicle and trailer match. He explained everything thoroughly and re-adjusted the hitch height to match the vehicle. The trailer itself was very clean, in great condition and it was easy to tow with my SUV. After my trip I had cleaned the trailer / refilled tanks and after inspection Ryan promptly refunded security deposit. I would not hesitate to rent from Ryan again.

We were thrilled with the RV trailer we rented. It was perfect, clean and everything worked. We booked last minute and to my suprise the whole process was easy and quick. Ross met with my husband for check out and return and was accomodating with our schedule. I was extremely happy with everything :-) Will definitley rent again and would reccomend them highly!

We had the best experience through Go Vacation RV!
Starting with how user friendly the website is and the prompt communication.
Our experience dealing with Ross and Ryan and the rental of their RV was awesome. The photos and the specifications they provided helped us make the right decision to rent the Thor Motor Coach. All email correspondence was answered promptly. The RV was exactly what we rented on the website ... no bait and switch. When we picked up RV it was in mint condition and Ryan went over all the mechanics. He sent his business card with contact info in case there was any issues on our trip. It was stocked with all the appropriate bedding, towels, and kitchen supplies. Their rate was also very affordable for us to rent for a week. We would definitely rent this exact RV again and enjoyed our experience with Ryan and Ross.

First time camping with a travel trailer. It's a lovely trailer in excellent condition! Perfect size for 2. Easy to tow. Ryan was extremely helpful from the beginning and explained everything in detail to help me get started. Would definitely rent again!

Great company - super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their website is easy to use and they are up front about all costs and requirements. Sadly my truck broke down on the way home and they even came out and towed the trailer back for me for a reasonable charge - this was not a normal service for them so they really went the extra mile. Be sure and check out their roadside assistance program, I should have spent a few extra bucks for this!

We rented the 2017, Class C, Jayco Greyhawk, for 4 nights. It was comfortable to drive, the sideview mirrors, sideview cameras and the rearview camera made visibility excellent all around. The motor home worked for all us and we found the bunks were awesome for the kids ages 8 and 3. The loft bunk over the driver's seat was comfortable, the rungs on the ladder are very narrow and a bit slippery so bare feet only! The sofa bed is clearly only for little kids. I slept in the settee (eating area) bed, it was comfortable and not too difficult to transform. I'm 5'4" and it worked for me but it might be bit cramped for someone much taller. The best part was all the people at "Go Vacation RV Rentals"!! They were great, easy going, gracious and very helpful. My daughter called them early in the morning from her house in Monroe after hearing a clicking noise. Ross and Ryan drove out immmediately and fixed the problem. We will definitley use this group the next time we need to rent an RV!!
