Everything went to plan for a really great experience. The van was clean, well equipped and in excellent condition - everything worked as expected. My girlfriend would've liked some hooks somewhere to help drying the quick-dry towels provided but that was the only thing we could fault. The coffee pot and highland roast coffee provided were a really nice touch - I had to get my own for home I missed them that much. Would use again. 5 star.

We liked the all inclusive price for a very well equipped campervan. Very straightforward process in booking the van and making payments. The automatic notifications regarding payment dates were very helpful reminders. The briefing before we set out was clear and comprehensive. Mark was very helpful and receptive to the minor comments we made on returning the van. All in all an excellent professional service, we hope to book again in the future.

We had a fantastic 6 night break in OSCAR travelling the NC500 and exploring the beautiful scenery and beaches of the Highlands. Everything was so well organised and thought through the booking was simple the collection was simple and the handover was thorough without taking too long. Mark and Alicia could not have been more helpful or friendly. As for Oscar, well he was great; comfortable, warm, very well equipped and coped really well on the hilly, winding, single track roads of the NC500 - easy to drive with plenty of power and decent fuel consumption despite the heating being on almost constantly whenever we were stopped. Thank you !
