Derric communicated very well with me before the trip and throughout the trip. We were able to get through the various issues the RV had (small and big) while on our 2-week trip to the PNW.The awning didn’t work, but Derric let me borrow his personal pop-up canopy.He was also very flexible and accommodating with pickup and drop-off times.
