We had an amazing trip using MotoNation. They were very easy to work with and flexible with us. 10 out of 10 would use again.

The host was great and very responsive when we had questions. However, we did minimal training upon pickup and there was no manual in the RV. The door handle to the main entrance also broke the first day and we had to go in and out through the driver doors. We also got a miscellaneous charge for insurance but received no email stating why and it took many phone calls and emails to outdoorsy to get it resolved. We are now working on filing an insurance claim because we are being charged for the door handle. Overall, the experience was a lot of work and money, not sure we would do it again.

Really easy to deal with, traveled for 7 days around Grand Canyon, Page, Bryce, Zion and Death Valley, 3 adults, a 5 &2 year old. No issues, would use again.
