Home is Where You Park It!! Greetings, my name is EJ, and me and my crew are excited to host you for your upcoming adVANture! Formally a full-time vanlifer, I am stoked to help you plan out your itinerary, and fulfill all of your VANtasies. We have three vans in the fleet: Mystery Machine 3000, my former home on the road, La Vida Luna, named after the cat that lived in her with her first owner, and the brand spankin new Happy Glamper. All three vans are Wayfarer Vans conversions, with kitchenette, seating, storage, comfy bed, shelves, and a sink. The Ram Promaster is easy peasy to drive with nimble steering, and backup camera and fits right in a normal parking spot. We would be elated to help you book your trip, figure out an itinerary, and tell you some of our favorite under the radar spots for camping and exploring around Colorado and beyond.

We had a great time in LUNA! it was our first time in Colorado and she got us around everywhere we needed to be! Elissa was top notch on communication and this was incredibly convenient coming from the Denver airport.

Bonnie,We communicated many times leading up to your booking. You never mentioned needing a DVD player, this is not something I offer. My vans are very simple set ups that are camper vans, which work great. You received this van in excellent condition, professionally detailed and clean, full tank of gas, exactly as photographed, serviced regularly, with solar power, and all the amenities as described in my listing.You asked me at the last minute for an early pick-up. In the messages you can review where I told you there was a half day charge and what it was which was also sent to you in the app to approve in advance. You were insistent that you needed the van early and I went out of my way to change the cleaning crew's appointment time, rearrange my schedule, and rushed to get the van ready early for you. I also added the early pick-up to the rental which you could have approved or said no to in advance of your booking. This was not a surprise that sprung on you in any way.I think the biggest disappointment was how you and your husband treated me at pick-up. When you arrived, you were extremely rude, but not as rude as your husband Doug who insisted on being incredibly unkind, speaking to me with a condescending tone, telling me to sit down and wait when I was trying to give you a tour of the van, insulting me calling me names, and then the worst of it was him yelling at you to "shut up." Watching him abuse you like that was extremely unsettling. I considered canceling the reservation right there. I want you to know that was absolutely disturbing to watch.

Elissa Jane was extremely responsive, kind and helpful before and throughout the trip. We had 2 minor issues with the van, which are random things that can happen, and she reacted rapidly both times, making sure we could fully enjoy our vacation. She even drove us back to a store where we had forgotten a bag after we had returned the van, which was extremely kind and generous of her. I would rent from her again anytime.

Our first time renting a camper van and we feel so blessed to have run across this camper van and EJ. She answered all our questions and was available during our trip (we had no issues so never needed to reach out). The van was comfortable and we slept so great! We can wait to rent this one again real soon!
